Standard Shipping - We offer a $10.00 flat rate for standard shipping within Australia

Express Shipping - $15.00 within Australia

Shipping Information-

-That Eco Lifestyle ships with Australia Post. You will receive email and text updates on your parcels progress and tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for this.

-Our shipping service requires a signature on delivery. We do not take responsibility for packages being returned to us due to a customer not collecting their parcels. That Eco Lifestyle is not liable for incorrect shipping information being provided to us by the customer and if this address is not correct we are not legally required to refund you.

-Any unclaimed or undeliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customers expense.

-We do not ship to PO Boxes outside of Australia

 

International Shipping (New Zealand and all other Countries)

Shipping to New Zealand - We offer a flat rate of 20.00 for standard shipping and 30.00 for express shipping to New Zealand.

Shipping Times - (Standard International 6-14 business days)

International Shipping Information - International Shipping prices are calculated on Country Zone and weight. You will receive an email with your tracking number and package progress updates.

Custom Import and Duty Taxes - Please note that all international orders are subject to import/custom charges. The receiver/customer is liable for these expenses. All prices online do not include any of these custom clearance fees. That Eco Lifestyle is not responsible for any of these extra charges. That Eco Lifestyle is not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs clearance. If a customer chooses to reject or refuse a delivery due to import charges a 25.00 return fee with incur on the customers account.
